Meet Nick! Nick is a licensed California Real Estate agent in Vacaville who has been specializing in the Greater Sacramento and SF Bay Area for more than 17 years. Nick started his career path over 20 years ago in construction and then shortly after began investing in real estate. In 2013 Nick and Alyssa decided to start flipping homes. Their first property was their own home in Fairfield, CA where they bought the home from a family who just inherited it. This was this moment that Nick realized he could help people by buying unwanted homes and turning this into his primary focus and career. This is how Nor-Cal Home Buyers was created. Nick loves to teach and consult new investors and is always willing to share his insight and experiences. Nick also loves to spend time with his wife and 4 son’s by hiking, golfing, hunting, camping, practicing baseball and riding dirt bikes. If you see Nick out in the community give him a friendly wave!
Alyssa Anderson

Meet Alyssa! Alyssa is Nick’s wife and business partner. Alyssa is the behind the scenes manager making sure all the administrative aspects run seamlessly. Alyssa is also a licensed California Real Estate agent and interior designer. While investing, managing and designing takes up a big portion of her time, she is also a part time Registered Dental Hygienist and full time mom to her and Nick’s 4 boys. Alyssa always makes time to cheer on her boys in baseball, football, and go on outdoor adventures.
